I'd insta-drop Niskanen. His numbers were inflated last year from being opportunistic - he won't get any times to shine before Green and Carlson.

I dropped Daley this morning and picked him up when I saw their respective stat lines. Worse comes to worse I'll find someone else to replace him.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already, but Klingberg is also the ONLY Right-handed shot on Defence for Dallas. He will get a shot on PP 1 soon based on this fact and easily worth a pick-up.

Ok... The last couple posts are starting to drive my hand to click "drop" Maroon and "add" Klingberg. That will only leave me with two more waiver moves this year, but my bench is so deep with Palat, Kucherov, Vrbata, Callahan Ribiero and Foligno, I ould really use a boost on my blue line while I wait for Ehrhoff and Rielly to pick up their Socks...and Karlsson and OEL to continue to rise to their expected fantasy levels.

    Thinking ... Thinking...

Currently in first despite Karlsson and OEL's slow start and rielly and Ehrhoff under whemling. Only have Bieksa and Gudas to fill in.

Klingberg or Visnovsky for my team the rest of the way? A hot hand could be very valuable while I wait for Ehrhoff/Rielly long term.

Screw it. See he's starting to get recognized on Yahoo... Added over 300...

Picked him up for Maroon. Here's hoping! Only 2 FA pick ups left this year. Hopefully I don't need them!

Happy to be a Klingberg owner now! Weeeee!

I'm getting anxious waiting for a trade to happen! The other GM is taking his sweet time to press the accept button while Klingberg is getting picked up more and more. Worst of all is that the player I would drop for Klingberg (Daley) is part of the deal...

I dropped Daley and picked up Klingberg. I think Ruff will grow tired of Daley's impotent defensive play, and trust Klingberg more. This could help him get more confident. I'll ride him till Hedman comes back, and then see what to do next.

Nice goal. Dallas got themselves a good one, here. A real good one. The kid oozes skill and smarts. 4 points in 6 NHL games, 12 points in 10 AHL games (he's still ranked second on the team in Texas, despite being in the NHL for their last four games). You could say it's only been 6 games, but he has just looked so good. Not just the best defenceman for the Stars most nights, but their best player. Funny how he didn't draw a lot of attention - from anywhere, outside of Dallas. Another 5th round steal for the Stars.

Crap. I have literally no one I can drop to pick this kid up, my worst option is B. Schenn and he's on the top line right now and producing. I need to make a 2 for 1 happen right now.

This forum is dying for people who have knowledge of these kind of guys. There's usually 6,000 people from Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver who can tell you about their prospects, but about 60 who can tell you about Dallas' young stars from up close.

A side point. A lot of people are overexposed to big market posters and decide "Toronto prospects are so overrated" and "Dallas/Florida/New Jersey prospects are so underrated" but really it comes down to exposure. You hear 100 people tell you that Rielly is good so you call him overrated, but you hear 10 people call Klingberg good so he's underrated. Maybe they're both good but you've just heard more people tell you Rielly is good.
