Why did you want to waste a roster spot? You should have taken Price. Then if he did return you’re benefiting.

I don't want the stats from Price if he did.
He would bring down my rate stats GAA and SV% (presumably). It's the only thing I'm competitive in. Wins and Saves I'm dead last and I know Habs are bad, but not enough for a few games of Price to bring my saves up that much! :P

Because he picked only one netminder, whichever player he picks was not going to contribute to the team as they would not be an active roster player on his team.

Fun draft. Went pretty smoothly too, at least from my perspective. Thanks pmorrow for helping out, and the rest for contributions of various kinds.

I assumed that I couldn't add players to my team on Fantrax on my own, but I'm not entirely sure about that now.

Anyway, I'm content with my own team, but the strategy of picking players could've been better probably. It seems wise to focus more on points early and perhaps shift to peripherals later on, and I'm also very curious how that goalie strategy will pan out.
