In just a points only I prefer Larkin. I think PLD's upside is closer to Larkin's floor.
If it were any other kind of league my answer would likely change.
Between Dylan Larkin and Pierre Luc Dubois. Which of these 2 do you think or believe has the higher upside?
Who will have the better season for this year in goals wise and overall pts?
Which of these 2 players would you rather have on your team?

Larkin for me, because he's a lock for big minutes: line1 & PP1 time.
WPG has two fairly solid PP units... so the scoring is a little more distributed.
And now, also, a very solid third line with the rising play of Lowry/Copp.
Larkin even if his team is miserable.

Hey I chose D-Boss didn’t I?
They’ll get better. They were the class for so long, it takes some time to get back there.
Larkin is my choice too. Top line, PP1, huge ice time. PLD is a great player, but I prefer Larkin's upside in fantasy.

I leaning Larkin myself, but wanted to hear some others thoughts on the players.
Now would Huberdeau straight up for Larkin be a strong enough offer to potentially make a trade happen?
I can’t tell on which side of this you are, but Huberdeau is a vastly superior player and asset to Larkin. Not in the same class at all.
I want to say PLD comes into Winnipeg and just lights it up.
But I cannot see this happening because of the talent in the top 6.
And also, how well the 3rd line is producing - Lowry has as many goals as all of last year already.
So I would say go with the clear cut top line and top PP player in Larkin.

I'd bet on PLD getting a spot on that WPG PP and take advantage of the high scoring Canadian Division. Not sure if he will produce more but in a VS situation I don't think Larkin's upside is so high for this season that I wouldn't bet on Dubois.
All this said, I'm not trading Huberdeau for either guy, not even close. Completely irrational.
The reason I mentioned Huberdeau. As this GM has previously asked about him.
Also if I am to go after Larkin would like to make a strong offer.
I have already offered Dvorak, Gusev and a 2021 3rd round pick for PLD. Which hasn't really gone anywhere. As I believe he is wanting to trade PLD to another GM.
