Cap is not going up next year. It will be flat for atleast a few years until everything returns to normal. If it takes 2 years to get back to normal, Hall is probably not the same player then. I think players should get paid when they can, why take that chance nowOriginally Posted by 5hole

Wow, did not expect Buffalo. That said, there can't be many teams with the cap space even for a one year deal at $8M (once teams fill out their rosters). One thing is for certain, Hall will be motivated to have a great year.

I don't see Olofsson and Skinner working on a line. They're both shooters and not grinders. That would put a lot of pressure on Staal to do everything else himself. I could however see:
