Semin for TT. JQ said he hopes/plans on TT to stay up on that top line all yr. Semin could have 1 bad game and be in the pressbox for the rest of the yr.

None of them is going to be a keeper in your league, so i would just keep what i have.

Just keep a close eye on Panarin and TT, no reason to make a move until they do something.
Be quick though because if one of them scores a goal or two they probably get picked up lol

I'd think about TT for Semin as well. I think Semin's best days are behind him, and TT's are ahead of him. Remember TT had 10 points in 18 playoff games, and looked really good out there. Now he gets top line minutes with Hossa and Toews. I seriously think TT might outpoint Semin this season. The only edge might be due to top line PP time, but that is still up in the air...

I'd definitely drop Semin for TT, although both are weak on peripherals - same with Pasta, I'd probably even consider dropping Pasta for TT as well, Plotkinov will give you most peripherals but is the most unwritten card. Panarin and TT could produce similar numbers but the Hossa and Toews line gives better kickstart to TT. Not high on Pasta, TT, Semin or Panarin with these stats though. Points only would be different story.

I would drop Semin and Wingels for Panarin and TT. Pastrnak could be a drop as well

Wingels is on the 3rd line right now, so his hitting might go down from last yr, his production certainly will. If you think you need more offense, I’d drop him for Plotnikov. Offensive players are more valuable than hitters and dirty cat guys, so I’d drop Wingels for Plotnikov and just trade off an offensive talent guy for a multi-cat player if you keep losing the hitting category.Originally Posted by fisherboy7

Good advice. It's a roto league, so I'm not losing matchups due to a lack of hitting early on. I just don't want to miss out on some of the early season lottery tickets. Panarin has been picked up by someone else, but Plotnikov is still available.
