This is a tough call. I like Johansen a lot better than Steen.
I would say Strome will be better than any player in next years draft... he would be the first overall pick if he was a year younger. He was 3rd pick this year because two generational talents were in the draft.
Johansen >> Steen
1st round << Strome
So its a fair trade.. If you are on the side that is giving up Steen I would do it because of his injury risk.

Strome would not go before Matthews if he was in the '16 draft.
Heck one could argue that Matthews, Puljujärvi and Chychrun would go before Strome. But I won't do that..
Oh and Johansen + 1st all the way. He's what Strome hopes to be one day and he's only 23

I too would want the Johansen side. I don't think Steen gets nearly enough love but vs Johanson, this isn't much of a discussion. If it wasn't a 1st round pick, I might be more tempted but a pick between 3-10 along with Johansen is just too good for too long.

Definitely Johansen and the 1st.
Steen is nowhere near Johansen and Strome won't be as good as RyJo either.
I'd take my chances on the pick and if you land a guy like Laine, Puljujarvi, Sokolov or Tkachuk, you're laughing straight to the bank.
