Dubs/Schneider for the Nuge

For the league in my sig.

I need to shore up my Centers and have a goalie I can move.

Would you swap one of Dubnyk or Schneider for RNH?

I would move either one of them for the Nuge.

Schneider's peripherals will be good, but I would not expect him to get you many SHO or W, New Jersey is just not good enough for that.

As for Dubnyk, I do not have faith in him to play as good as he did last year... It was a contract year and lots of players play well in contract year and then lose it.

Me personally I would try Dubnyk first and see if that works.

Given that it's a head-to-head league with 10:4 (with shutouts) goalies aren't that valuable. Further, you have 3 studs and can only keep 2 so I'd be looking to move a goalie for an upgrade a C. I like RNH in this league, I think he's poised to breakout big-time in the next year or two.

Hard to say which of Schneider and Dubnyk I'd rather keep. Schneider has a longer record of superior play but is stuck on a brutal Devils team whereas Dubnyk is in a really good spot on Minnesota. Given your depth I'd be willing to move either for RNH and would slightly lean towards keeping Dubnyk.

Not a chance I do that deal....if I am dealing a starter I would want a #1 c in return. RNH is a #2 and wont get near the same offensive opportunity that he used to. Shop Dubnyk, keep Schneider.
