I'm not going to go through the entire list one by one but I would say the majority of your keepers could definitely put up more points this coming season.
Will my keepers post better or worse stats this upcoming season? Straight points pool. Goal or assist = 1 point each, Win = 2, Shutout = 2
Keepers are:

Seguin
Tarasenko
Pavelski
Kucherov
Barkov
Wheeler
Letang
Barrie
Vatanen
Daley
Gardiner
Quick
Mason
Halak
Mrazek
12 team points only keeper (G = 1, A = 1, W = 2, SO = 2)
Dress 6 forwards, 4 defensemen, 2 goalies, weekly starts
Roster limit - 20 plus 4 prospects

Overall I think you should do better. I would expect malkin and crosby to have better years but could also see seguin drop a little and also Kucherov could see a slight drop.
12 Team HTH Keeper
(F's G=1 A=1, D G=1 A=1, All Skaters PPG=.5, SHG=.5 Goalies W=2 SO=3)
Dress 8 F, 4 D, 2 G weekly
F's-Marner, Rantanen, Crosby, Panarin, Guentzel, Caufield, Kaprizov, Lundell, Tomasino, Holtz, Pavelski, Zuccarello, Hagel, Dach
D-Makar, Josi, Doughty Andersson, AP, Hutson
G-Hellebuyck, Fleury, Comrie, Kochetkov, Wolf, Primeau, Sogaard
Keepers are:
Crosby - better (would've said that before Kessel came but now with him? No question)
Malkin - better (that PP should be filthy... but this time for the entire season)
Seguin - better (healthier)
Tarasenko - better (yes I do think he can do even more)
Pavelski - worse (of course I said that last year about him too so...)
Kucherov - worse (am thinking all 3 triplets regress just a tad)
Barkov - better (will probably say that for the next 3 years)
Wheeler - worse (WPG has gotten deeper and I think he's already peaked)
Letang - better (can't imagine his health could get any worse)
Barrie - better (COL scoring should rebound - Barrie should be big part of that)
Vatanen - better/same (moving Wiz took the one major threat to PP1 away - should continue to be top dog on a killer PP)
Daley - worse (with Klingberg locked up, believe Daley won't see PP1 time anymore - at least not regularly)
Gardiner - better (could he be any worse than last year?)
Quick - better (simply don't think LA will miss the playoffs again meaning more wins)
Mason - better (think PHI is a slightly better team on D than last year)
Halak - worse (can't bet on him playing that many games again)
Mrazek - worse (got a lot of GP due to Howard injury and am not sold that he steals the starter job this year)

It depends on how many more/fewer points a player has to get to be considered worse in your opinion. I get that 66 points is better than 65 points, and is worse than 67 points, but I can't imagine anyone wanting to be that specific in this situation. My thoughts are all relative to the NHL goal scoring staying around the same amount as last year. If G/game suddenly spikes, then, yes, everyone will improve, but relative to the averages, these are my predictions:
Crosby - better (Kessel)
Malkin - better (Kessel effect, hopefully a full season of a healthy Hornqvist)
Seguin - better (health)
Tarasenko - better (he's now, "the man")
Pavelski - same
Kucherov - same
Barkov - better (heated up a lot towards the end of last season)
Wheeler - same
Letang - better or worse (depends on health)
Barrie - better (MacKinnon and Duchene will both have big bounce-back seasons)
Vatanen - better (should be closer to 50 points than last season's 37)
Daley - worse
Gardiner - same (you need someone to score in order to get assists from the back-end)
Quick - better (LA will be back to being LA next season)
Mason - same (watch out for Neuvirth to steal some starts)
Halak - worse (slight regression for NYI)
Mrazek - worse (with his contract, it's Howard's job to lose, not Mrazek's to steal)

Seguin- same
