Default Which 4 D to keep, and which to move for Eichel?

    Weird title I know.

But, in an attempt to land Eichel, I'm thinking about moving out one of my 4 Stud D and a Pick.

Finished the season with the following 4 Keeper D.

In order of my leagues Fan point value

Karlsson - 624 (lost Norris bid in my league due to Subban's 2 penalties in the Habs final game ... argh)
    Josi - 496 fan pts
    Carlson - 486 fan pts
    OEL - 379 fan pts

I currently have Rielly simmering on my Bench and realize that this may be the year that I Won't be able to re-draft him (after keeping him last year and redrafting him the year before).

The other guy finished 4th with the following D core (obvious issues with Age vs Youngsters vs inconsistency for him)
    Markov - 534
    Kronwall - 412
    Eckblad - 387
    Suter - 357

Trying to see if I can move one of OEL, Carlson or Josi (Karlsson is untouchable) plus my 1st rounder this year (12th pick) plus my 1st rounder in 2016 (who knows but I'm coming off a championship year this year and don't plan on cooling after this)
    for
His 1st round pick (2nd overall) this year = Eichel.

Thoughts? After picking Eichel, I'd still have the 5th and 13th overall pick this year (and really don't care about the 2016 pick at the moment as I'm sure I could recoup over the course of next year).

I'm thinking OEL, but he did under produce this year which is making him less attractive to the OGM.
Carlson I feel some think is playing over his head and others feel this is what we can expect especially after Green departs
Josi... well I worked so hard to get Josi last season, I really don't think I want to move him.

Which ever D I offer up, I would replace with Rielly and hope for yet another small step forward from him this year (accepting the fact he'll be a +/- nightmare for a bit yet (but OEL is already that for me as well).

    Thoughts?

If he has never heard of Eichel before, then a deal around OEL might work.
    Can't see him biting, though.

Would you offer any of OEL, Carlson or Josi? From My perspective (Less so his).

I would prefer Eichel over all of your D, except Karlsson.
I think we are looking at a top 10 forward in Eichel, though it could take a few years to get there.
Seeing as you are trying to win now, he might not be the best target for you.

Square pet round hole in my opinion.... Eichel isn't what you need as out lined above but also you know the only name that other GM will take is Karlsson to get him. I like your other three d men but each lacks the name value that they perhaps warrant in fantasy (a little bit like a Backstrom)

Have you thought of moving RNH and Rielly(who you won't be keeping anyway) for Eichel??

Unfortunately with dual eligible Stamkos, Giroux and Johanasson, RNH wouldn't make his keeper list at C. This guy also is sitting on Drouin and Eckblad so I was banking on him not valuing the kids at this stage as he finished 4th this year (again).

But his D is the weakest with Markov, Kronwall, Suter and Eckblad.

I would try OEL first.... He's got a lot of hype, in fact by name value alone he might be the most valued besides Karlsson. But its gonna be a couple few years before the scoring support matures enough in Phoenix to get his production up.

Your interests would best be served moving OEL of the three. Try OEL and a pick, that could work. Eichel's +/- wont be pretty.

I'd have no issues moving OEL in that offer for the 2nd overall pick. I am not sure he'd bite but it's worth a shot.

Go with OEL first and really sell his goal scoring ability and about how max domi coming to play for Arizona next year will boost OEL's production easily into the 53+ range. Usually up selling players can work. If not I would move Josi.

I have a feeling green might be on the move after playoffs and Carlson will be the main man on the PP..... Oh and that power play has ovie. (If you weren't aware...I guess )

Picks is all about your negotiations ... Don't move to much of the future though
