Malkin is the best player in the deal, but Perry is close behind, with Strome becoming a PPG player imo within 2 years.

Wow! Great offer and very tempting but I would reject it (Also depends on if you're playing for this year or if you're already looking towards next year). First reason is that your league does not include PIM's. Second reason is that although I really like Strome, I do not see him as a PPG player. Lastly, in a 10 team league I would prefer to have the best player.

I think you're getting similar numbers anyways between Malkin/Perry... Strome is a good upgrade for Namestnikov/Rattie... Plus Perry is a bit more healthy than Malkin who always seems to miss 15-20 games due to injury a year...
I think its a fair offer, but as others have mentioned, if you can get more then hold out...

I don't mind this deal, more would be better, but it's still not bad. However, if I were moving Malkin, I would really be looking for an elite goalie to along with Rinne. Your Goaltending is pretty thin after Rinne. Perhaps something to consider.

Fleury is a bit inconsistent... some years (like this one) he's on fire... while others he's pretty run of the mill... I'd see if I could get a more consistent player someone in the tier 1 range like a Rask/Lundy/Price/Bishop...

Unfortunately, the Price and Rask owner won't move. And the one owning Lundy or Elliot would have MacKinnon, RNH or Foligno as interesting trade pieces to offer.
