    Default Going for it...

Thanks for all the advice earlier in the day. I ended up moving Beau Bennett for Jagr. No-brainer really. Just needed a little nudge.

I was approached another owner with this:

    His Hornqvist and Maata
    for
    my E. Staal and Schwartz.

    Too much? Too little?

I'd stand pat with Staal. Hornqvist has slowed down and is a product of his situation in Pittsburgh, and Maata seems almost like a throw in, your D is already really deep. I'd hold off or ask for more.

I don't think it's Hornqvist who has slowed down (at lest not him personally), it seems like the entire Penguins offense has gone into a funk. When they pick up, he'll pick up.

But regardless, I wouldn't do this anyway. Trading a player like Schwartz the day that it's announced that he's going to be out for awhile just doesn't seem like a good move to me.
