    12 Team H2H Keeper League
    G, A, +/-, PIM, Special Teams Points, GWG+Shootout Goals
    W, GAA, Saves, Shutouts
    Start 4 C, 4 LW, 4 RW, 6 D and 2 G

C: Granlund, Stastny, Stepan, Turris, Barkov, Sheahan, Trocheck
LW: Downie, Gaborik, Kreider, Colin Wilson
RW: Boedker, Hudler, Lindholm, Yakupov, Nichushkin
D: Braun, Brodie, Carlson, Despres, Ekman-Larsson, Sekera, Ryan Murray, Enstrom
    G: Hotlby, Miller, Brodeur, Pickard
Farm: Bennett, Nylander, Kuznetsov, Seth Jones

End of each year, 12 + farm is kept.

I'm not making the playoffs this year because as you can see my team is insanely young and at least a year from contention. I say only a year because we only keep 12 and if I focused on drafting older guys this past draft, I would have very likely ended up with a much more competitive roster this year.

Recently, I'm getting offers for Miller and need your opinion. I'm not overly concerned from a position needs standpoint because I believe I can trade for a goalie later on. Do any of these jump out at you from a pure value perspective?

Reilly Smith + 2nd for Miller. Klingberg + 2nd for Miller. Miller + 5th for Eberle???

I'd go after Eberle I think. Smith won't put up great number in Boston, though I agree he is very talented. Though I suppose he did only sign for 1 yr so who know what could happen there. But if you are rebuilding, why give away picks? Try Miller for Eberle straight up.

I would not be giving away Miller for Eberle given your G situation, even though you are not a contender. I traded Miller away a couple weeks ago for Holtby when Miller was piling up the wins. People actually questioned my decision to do it - at the time Vancouver was first in the Division and tearing it up. Now it's looking more and more like a good call. But my point being - Miller's value isn't super high right now. Wait til he wins some games and then I'd target a younger goalie. Do not give up a goalie for a forward unless its someone better than Ebs - that won't help you long term. Oh and the other offers are rubbish - they don't help you even if they make you worse and give you a better pick. You need to maximize these assets - asset accumulation is the best way to turn around your teams long term fortunes.

    G - Jarry
