E. Staal
Edler
Hertl
Holtby
HE GETS
Okposo
Gudas
Cammalleri

So... do you WANT those four guys?
Or does he WANT your guys?
Assuming he wants your guys, I think you'd need to get back:
Sharp. A better player than E.Staal, unless you prefer E.Staal.
McDonagh. A better player than Edler.
Hertl
Lehtonen. This is a downgrade on Schneider, IMO... but better than Holtby.
I like that side better than yours.
Not a trade that I would have any interest in.
He just got sharp in a trade so getting him may be harder, he beat me to accepting an offer where i would have given up cammalleri and schneider for sharp, yandle and hillen terms of his roster, he did say that he doesn't have any untouchables though so maybe sharp is still attainable. otherwise i was hoping to get holtby for elliot but hes not interested in elliot even though he has allen. i actually own mcdonagh
looking at my roster, my C is my weakest point so i thought staal would help upgrade that.

Staal is really solid if you're comfortable writing off +/- most weeks. The same could be said for Phaneuf but he was almost even last season so it's hard to say if it'll stay that way or not. Gudas is a beast for Hit/PIM and I don't know if you would be able to make up what you're giving up here. That being said, I have to agree with mclarenf1, I would feel comfortable making that trade as Sharp is far and away the player I am most confident in in this deal.
