Giroux for Karlsson Kesler
I love karlsson. he's been with me from the start. But G is quite attractive. Am I upgrading? or is this silly to even consider?

With a league like yours that is basically entirely based off points (no hits, blocks, etc) but has lots of D spots, I would prefer Karlsson and Kesler and wouldn't even think much about it. In a deep 7D league based on points, Karlsson is money. No room for plug category-fillers on D. Kesler is also a good piece in a deep league like that.Originally Posted by ryanreynolds99

I think that would be an overpayment. One would think that Karlsson and Giroux would hold similar value. Adding in Kesler makes it a bad idea in my opinion.

Huge overpayment. Karlsson is already worth more than Giroux, so you shouldn't have to throw in a Kesler too. Karlsson is the Crosby of dmen and gives your team a huge advantage.

With a mainly points based scoring system I like Karlsson here, plus with the news that Giroux is injured you may not want to do something like this anyways!

I agree with this. I think you're better off keeping Karlsson and Kesler.

It's not easy to turn down an asset like Giroux but I agree with the others. I'd hang on to Karlsson and Kesler.

If Kesler can stay healthy, he can be a nice asset in your league. I think you are overpaying here.
I also think Giroux is more valuable than Karlsson in your league but Kesler tips the scales too far in his favor for me.
I'd decline the offer.

With this being primarily a points league - anytime you have a D guy who will score within 20 points or less of a forward - the D guy is more valuable. I don't think you should trade Karlsson straight up for Giroux much less throw in Kesler.
