Neal jumps out as the best player in the deal, but Perron has value in any league and Franson and Foligno are valuable in a deeper multicat league. How many teams are there and how deep are your benches? Greiss and Ramo are likely a wash, with Greiss a bit more potential, and I don't know a lot about Boroweicki or McGinn.
Chances are I stick with Neal, but if this is a deep league with lots of teams and a large roster, I would have to do a deeper analysis.
