    Actually they're pretty even-steven I think

    I'm willing to bet Tlusty outpoints narrowly Brassard this season but Brassard gets much more PP time and much better quality PP time so that probably tips the scales in his favor
    14 team H2H fantasy points league
    G=3 A=2 PPP=1.5 PIM/Hits/BS=0.25

    Not going to bother to consider the hits, PIMs and SOG? Thats what makes this an easy choice.

    Hardly much difference. Had Tlusty played a full season last year:

    Tlusty: 106 HITS, 158 SOG, 22 PIMs
    Brassard: 124 HITS, 159 SOG, 46 PIMs
    14 team H2H fantasy points league
    G=3 A=2 PPP=1.5 PIM/Hits/BS=0.25

    Tlusty is at best a 40-45pt guy. His best season was the shortened season when he scored 38pts in 48games. Pretty good totals but when you factor in he also had a career high 19.7 shooting%, I doubt he gets anywhere near that project 60+pts he would have got if the season had gone 82 games. When he eases back into his 12-13% shooting percentages, his point totals will ease back to where he should be. 40-45pts at best. Then when you factor in the difference in hits, PIMs and SOG, this isn't as close you it may appear to you. The numbers are all there.

    I did factor in Hits, SOG and PIMs, I posted them below, did you not see? The difference is negligible. definitely nothing to make a decision over. Go back to the season before and you see the same pattern

    Tlusty: 53 Hits, 117 SOG, 18 PIMs
    Brassard: 83 Hits, 88 SOG, 16 PIMs

    Those aren't the stats you should be making the decision off of, it all comes down to the pts and PPP. I don't disagree with choosing Brassard, but I profoundly disagree with your methodology.

    Also, just some food for thought: Tlusty played amazing on the top line during the lockout season, if he can work his way back into that spot again he'll do very well and may even see an increase in PP time and numbers.

    Brassard as he's more cemented in his place in the lineup even though Tlusty might have a higher upside due to what he showed two years ago with E.Staal.
    I also think Brassard is simply the better player and will have no slouches for linemates by any means (MZA).
