Important to note that D goals are heavily weighted, which may tip the scales for Barrie. Or better off to stick with the proven guy and hope for those spike years where he tops 60 points? Im not rebuilding, but always like to get the younger guy in a keeper and Barrie, Hedman and Josi would be a nice core. Just not sure if it is too soon to go all in on Barrie.
Who'd you rather?

I'm going with Keith.
Tough one. Over his career Keith only scores at a 0.54 PPG clip, or 44 points per season. Thats driven up by seasons of 69 and 61 points (both in Olympic years)... Its kind of tough to value him as more than a 45 point D man but it's too soon to go all in on Barrie right now.
Right now, I would say Keith, especially in case you have legitimate chances for the championship 14-15. Long term, Barrie should surpass him. But I would not expect Barrie to join the elite the coming season. He had significant trouble in the first half of 13-14. Personally, I would stick with Keith.
As tempting as it is to acquire Barrie, it makes sense to continue onward with Keith especially if the deal is a 1 for 1. Maybe if you get a future asset back to go with Barrie to give you some future protection in the event Barrie does not fulfill his potential might make more sense, but for now, go with Keith. But keep kicking the tires with that owner maybe you get a sweetener to the deal.
Also, on a side note looking at your roster I would try and upgrade Heatley's roster spot.
Even though Keith is usually a 40-50 guy at least he's money in the bank to get there. Dmen are tough to predict especially when they are young. Wouldn't surprise me if Barrie's season isn't as perfect as it was last year.
