    Default Matt Nieto next season

Points only keeper. Is Nieto a top 6 next season? How many points do you project? I can't wait until the guide tomorrow as I have a deal going down today over it. I'm debating on shipping Rattie and some picks out on it.

I have him in both of my keeper pools. The line of him, Marleau and couture was pretty awesome against the kings in the playoffs and he had 5 points in the 7 games. With Burns moving back to D who knows what they plan to do as that leaves a hole on his wing. But yeah I think he will do good next year, not blow anyone away but get something like 40-55 points. I think, I could be waaay off though haha

I can't list my 2nd main keeper as there are too many players, but it is a keep all H2H points-only league

I think 35-45 is a safe bet for next season with a solid up tick from there. Maybe 55-60 point career high one day. Nothing special but a solid player to own.

I'm a big fan of his and just acquired him in both my leagues over the summer. He looked good towards the end of the season and played great during playoffs as was mentioned above. I've been listening to the Sharks podcast from Dudes on Hockey (really good site for Sharks news btw) and they said everyone could see something in Nieto back to the start of last year's camp. I'm full in on him. His PDO of 985 will certainly improve next season playing up on a top-6 line now that Burns is back to D (and Havlat gone... not that he was there too much).

I think a 40 point season this year is a pretty reasonable expectation for him, with 55 being a career high, possibly 60 if he can get his shooting percentage above 8.1% like it was last year.

I traded for him yesterday in one league and am hoping for between 40-45 points if he clicks well with the top end players.

Drafted this guy about a week ago in the 11th round of a prospect draft thinking he would be a steal / sleeper.

Was super stoked to see him on the Dobber frontpage in the "Three Sleepers" post.

Plus #SharkNieto is an awesome nickname.

Ya, 40-ish points is a solid projection for him. He was a very good offensive player at BC, and got a good shot on a scoring line in the playoffs last year.
