I don't see the value in this. Karlsson and letang will put up similar points. Why are you so desperate for him? End of year, health permitting, I see them within 6 pts of one another
The guy with Karlsson is a tough one to crack.
I was thinking of offering:
Letang
Green
Pavelski
for his:
Karlsson
a no name dman(so then I'd keep my Kulikov in this spot)
Zetterberg
now would this be smart or not so smart to do? does this hurt my d depth rather than benefit it? I know it helps my forward depth some what

I don't like it at first blush. Depending on the size of your league, there's no need to do this. EDIT: After looking at your setup, there's no need. Depth is good when you're starting 6 D, especially when your next 4 aren't that great. If Karlsson goes down again, there's nothing there on D, really.

Not sure I like it....I'd probably keep what you have. Letang is a stud in his own right.

You are getting the best defensemen and the best forward in the deal. Tough though. Which forward would you not keep to keep Zett.
Kesler is currently my 8th fwd so if i got zett id let Kes go

I wouldn't table that if I were you.
One of Letang or Green will probably have a monster season, and defensemen are at a huge premium in your league.
Ok since it you would have to drop Kesler and weren't keeping Palelski either way so as far as your keepers the offer actually becomes
Letang,Green,Kesler
for
Karlsson,Kulikov,Zetterberg
It's fairly close but I do think that this is an upgrade. You are winning 2 of those 3 spots and Kulikov has solid upside(although not close to Green's). Plus Karlsson is way younger than Letang.
I don't think this deal is very good for you. With Letang and Green both outhitting and outblocking Karlsson by quite a bit - they both close the gap on Karlsson points wise - I think the high level depth you keep is worth more that the upgrade you receive - Kesler also brings that over Zetterberg. This is not a good deal for you.
