So we went a little young swinging for upside which is a gamble in a keep 5. We also had 2 bad autopick. Getzlaf early on and maricin later. We're likely going to just run 4 d and grab a promising bench forward.
Weekly starts, standard yahoo cats plus fow and blocks. We had decent keepers- Hall Tank Pasta EK and Andersen. Full team now is:

Like I said dropping maricin for a decent forward (maybe gallagher?). Getzlaf hurt and Lehner is a big time gamble. We reached like crazy for svech it I'm excited for him. After that were a bit young but I think we've got a co.petetive core.

How many other teams? That will help us better assess. But for now I'd say outstanding for 12 teams, very good for 10, above average for 8.

Yeah Marincin was a waste of a pick. Def. replace. I'd drop him for Gallagher now - even a hotshot rookie will be hard pressed to beat his goal scoring - 30+. I'd be ready to pull the trigger on dropping Eriksson Ek if he doesn't produce. top 6 is going to be hard to come by in Minn - not sure he's ready to step in and give you 50+pts you need to keep him on your roster.Originally Posted by Fighting_Emu

I'm nervous about it but considering this is a shooters league and how high other uber rookies like Petersen and middletsadt went- I feel like we gotta roll the dice..
