Another impressive W tonight. That's 5 in a row for Devan Mother****ing Dubnyk.
16-2-1 since the all star break, 1.62 GAA, .938 save %.
Second half MVP and Vezina contender in my books.
Is this a real question? Kuemper is Dubnyk's sometimes back up. He spends some games in the press box while Backstrom backs up Dubnyk. In no formats is Kuemper currently a better own than Dubnyk. If you can replace Kuemper with Dubnyk you should have done it 6 weeks ago.

how the hell does he keep doing this?
is minny playing particularly defensive or just sitting on leads?

well I dropped him about 4 games after he joined the wild because I thought having 4 goalies was too many... turns out he's outplaying all three of mine...

Any confirmation on Dubie tonight?
Rare poor start for Dubnyk last night (at least statistically - didn't watch the game).
3 starts this week including a tough B2B (ANA/@STL) later in the week... I'm almost tempted to bench him given the tough matchups and the possibility he may only start 2 of the 3, but I can't do it. He's been carrying my team so he deserves to start until he ****s up.
Hopefully Yeo keeps rolling with him and rides him into the ground lol.
Dubnyk is almost certainly going to start against NJ and then I think the time has finally come for someone else to start in the 2nd of back-to-back but you never know. Nothing is decided yet but I'm sure that thought has crossed Yeo's mind. It'll depend on how Dubnyk is playing next two games, I'm sure, but they do have to give him a game off sometime and this weeks seems as good as any.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.
So what of Dubnyk next season?
I think the Wild have to make it work to resign him don't they?

I would be blown away if either of these didn't happen
1) Minn begs Dubnyk to stay
2) Dubnyk begs to stay.
Dubnyk has been a huge savior to the min team. Once he came in and established himself the rest of the team was able to relax and focus on their games rather than covering up for the goalie. At the same time besides having a good start to the year in Arz, coming to Minn has really revitalized Dubnyk's career. Seems like he has found a system that really fits his style, can't imagine he wouldn't want to stay.
Then again you never know what these people are thinking.
