Keller/Boeser/6th round pick -- for -- Malkin/Connor/3rd
Malkin > Keller
Boeser ≅ Conner (close enough)
3rd > 6th
I own Boeser and Keller, planning to sign both to 2 year contracts (Boeser my rookie carry over, Keller regular keeper). I’ve also got draisaitl (4), Barkov (3) and Hart (rookie carry over) as my other guys. My format is goal heavy (ie: 3 vs 2 pts for assist). Have a trade option, my Keller, Boeser, 4 and 6 or 7 for Malkin, Connor and a 3rd. I would sign Malkin to 1 and Connor to 2. The reason was thinking swap 2 picks for 1 I’ve Got my 9 picks in First 6 rounds, but I’m hoping could move my 7th so that I still finish in 6th round. If I have to move my 6th instead, I’ll pick in 7th Round to finish. No big deal still, but just would have to wait between 5th and 7th. My only concerns are malkin’s age, as he might be tough to re sell, and he’s centre only. Also, Boeser is rw and Keller lw/rw, and not getting a rw back so I’ll have to draft 2 right wing’s. I think patience many be my best option, as tempting as a name like Malkin might be. Like deal as is, tinker, pass?

Do you feel the same about it if I’m giving up a rd 4 and 6 or 7 for rd 3? I’m trying for 7 so that I can still finish in 6th round, I’d pick 1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 5, 5, 6 vs 1, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6. The pick part isn’t super critical, just an option. But as I’m sure you know by now it’s a 14 team, keep 4 plus can carry a rookie over so it’s not best of the best in re draft.
I missed the 4th didn't I.

^^This difference is minimal.
Malkin is an injury risk but he can also score 40 and 100pts this season. Risk reward! He is over a PPG player
Boeser is a sniper. He could easily score 40 goals this season.
Connor looks like he is going to get high-quality line-mates every time he gets on the ice. Opportunity, opportunity, opportunity. He should score 35+ this season.
Keller looks like a highly talented pass-first player (his stats) but he plays in Arizona I have had few chances to watch him.

Malkin has been over a PPG player every year in the league except 2010/11. It's just a matter of how many games he plays.

It didn't work out, so going to hang onto my guys for now!
