I would guess the same. I can see him getting more ice time but less people to pass the puck to now. thats my guess anyway. I would try and trade him now to an oiler fan..
how do you think Joni Pitkanen on Edmonton will affect his fantasy value? Edmonton had the worst offense in the league last season. Although Edmonton has Hemsky, they don\'t have anyone else on the team that can be a dominant fantasy player (Horcoff and Stoll are average and Sykora is streaky).

Angus is my best friend at dobberhockey..
I don\'t think hes gonna make alot of points there, When Pronger was in edm he only made 56 points, so I\'ll guess .. between 30-40
Thanks Once again guys!!!!
I disagree... he had a pretty rough year in Philly and still passed 40. I don\'t expect a breakout in front of this anemic Edmonton offense, but 40+ seems safe to expect.
In leagues which highly value goals scored by defensemen, this could be a plus. I expect to see Pitkanen asked to shoot the puck a lot more on the power play. After all, what\'s the alternative... passing it to Hemsky?

yeah id have to agree w/ giraffe... i certainly see him gettin his 40+ points but looks like goin to the oilers wont be an improvement on his plus/minus that i was hopin for
