Thanks all great discussion, I am sticking with Markstrom as well.
I own Markstrom in a keeper league and I can say with absolute certainty on my part that I wouldn't trade him for Holtby.
Not denying the fact that Holtby has looked very solid (plus I love him after staring Peverley down) but I think dyz makes a great point (what?) that you can really never say with absolute certainty that goalie transitions are done.
Markstrom has been brought along with the plan that he is their golden boy down the road. Management made a calculated decision hoping that Theodore would serve as a good stop gap as Markstrom continues to develop and I think that by the end of next season he will be the Panthers' starter.
Who knows what could happen with Washington's goaltending situation?
