Goalie Interference Gripe
Just want to complain a bit about stupid goalie interference calls in the BOS-MON game.
Thomas is outside the crease on the first call on a guy that jumped over him while shooting at the loose puck (maybe a close call), but this last was TERRIBLE (with offsetting Goalie Interference on BOS). Thomas was at least 7 feet out of his crease on a 2 on 2 after the shot was taken. BS call. Meanwhile I was watching a WAS game the other day and a goalie sat on a puck so Ovi stuck his stick between the goalie's legs and drove the keeper in the net sliding him along the ice; he still kept it out so no goal, but how is that legal in the crease and not when a goalie SHOULD BE fair-game so far out of the crease on a ligit play where Thomas was just a responcible for the impact? In the least, it should just be a face-off with no call.
As I type there is another on Thomas. At least this time he's in his crease and it's probably a good call, but the 'D' was also to blame in part.
Just annoying; the blue paint is there for a reason.

It actually is a penalty. The goalies are never fair game according to the rules as they are supposed to be called/interpreted.
