    Top 13 tier 1 & 2 D-man
    Lidstrom
    Gonchar
    Markov
    Campbell
    Phaneuf
    Chara
    Kaberle
    Rafalski
    Green
    Pronger
    Visnovsky
    Whitney
    Zubov

    Tier 3 D-man
Jovo (only because of his injuries)
Streit (most likely won\'t resign with Mtl)
Burns (give hime another year...not sold on him yet)
    Enstrom (same as burns)
Redden (UFA not sure where he will sign)
    McCabe (not the same player)

Top 10 for Corvo is pushing it. He is a top 15-20 guy and is a tier 3 D-man at most.
Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
But you trust Green is the real deal over Burns and Enstrom? I would put Green into the give him another year cat as well. Not that he isn\'t good, it\'s just that there have been a lot of one hit wonders. Does his situation change when his favourite coach is gone? Does he still produce when there are monster dollars on the line, etc. Lot\'s of questions there as well for a young guy.

Glenn you bring up a great point. I watch all the cap games and am willing to take a chance on this kid.

why would you think enstrom is anymore of a sure thing than Green? Enstrom is a rookie, look at Carle last year compared to this year? I would say Enstrom is a bigger risk at being a one hit wonder than Green. Green also scores more goals and has more rounded stats than Enstrom.

Can you tell i traded enstrom for green 2 months ago?

My point here is not that Enstrom or Burns are the real thing, but that Green has not proven himself except for this year either. I like Green as well, he is just not proven yet.

What I am trying to say is, he is not Tier 1 D after only one year of good production. Let\'s call him Tier 2A.

Big jump in the rankings come May. April will still count this season\'s total, and have more emphasis on playoff guys. May will start looking ahead to next year. July 1 will be a full audit of the list. July is always the most fresh and thorough.
