    Our league has been going 10 years now. I dont think mis-season changes are a bad thing as long as every single GM agrees. If you have a dissenting opinion, wait until the off season and vote again.

    During an active hockey season you need 100% of the GM votes. In the offseason, we only require 9 out of 11 GMs to agree. (>80%) If a GM does not vote, their vote goes with the majority.
