Yeah I've watched a few of their last games, and he's very active and in on the play all the time. Doing all the little things right. I don't think he's offensively better than any of your current D, but maybe worth a gamble over Carlson as your 7th D to spot start.
Not a must do move, but might pay off in the 2nd half.

Goli has done better recently than Carlson and seabrook. I'm quite torn between Carlson and seabrook. Which one would be wiser to drop?
Seabrook hits more but has been struggling a while. Carlson didn't do much but it starting to shoot and hit a bit more.
