10/12th Place :( Advice?

Hey guys, after draft day I thought I had an awesome team, but week after week I've been losing.. I don't know if I should stay put or shake things up a bit. Any advice would be great.

Format: H2H Daily Starts (12 Teams)
Skater Cats: G, A, P, +/-, PIM, PPP, GWG
Goalie Cats: W, GAA, SV%, SHO

Team:
C - Getzlaf, Roy, Krejci, C.Smith
LW - Ovechkin, Whitney, Kunitz
RW - Heatley(LW), Briere(C), Hemsky
D - Edler, Pronger, Wisniewski, Bergeron
IR - Markov

G - Vokoun, Crawford, M.Smith

WW: Stafford, Umberger, Laich, Ladd

If I wanted to make some offers who would I start with? I feel like most of my players are better than how they're performing right now and I don't want to get low value for them. On the other hand, this is just a one-year league and maybe I could get some good trades based on name-value alone.

Maybe I'm drinking too much kool-aid and my team isn't as great as I think?

With the exception of maybe Smith, Whitney and perhaps Kunitz all your forwards are underperforming. Pronger is in and out of the lineup - Wiz had a big suspension and Vokoun is struggling.

I can see why you are back in the standings. Not a time to trade - you would be selling low - hang on for now I say.

I think you should hold on tight. You have a lot of slow starters/slumpers. Trade them now for nothing and keep losing or hold tight and wait for them to pick up. You should have a great second half team.
