    Default Will Ottawa come back?

They have scored the most goals so far but have managed only 1 in the last three outings. Will they revert back to their high scoring ways this session or is 1 or 2 goals a game what we can expect? Any thoughts?

There will be good games (4-5 goals) and there will be bad games(0-2 goals), there are too many talented guys to hold down.

It\'s a long season, not every game is going to be a pleasant one.

They still gave up 4 goals. The goaltending is still extremely questionable to see them doing any damage in the playoffs.

Well...they got the goals...and what matters most, the win...but they kind of broke down at the end..

Still, they got what matters most, the W.

Yeah, still not a great game for them, but they played with passion at least. Much better than the last couple of games, and I think they\'ll only get better.

    Left nut still intact :cheer:

they need to retune their defensive game and hope that gerber or/and emery get their shit together in the goaltending dept.that said it\'s a great moral boost to out score the pens and get a much needed W.

I don\'t see them getting out of the conference unless one of their goalies catches fire. That\'s the only thing holding these guys back - a solid, dependable goalie. They\'ve got their core locked up long-term and should win a cup soon. But not this year.

I think Ottawa\'s taking a similar route to Anaheim and Carolina - they make the finals one year, step backwards the next year, then build up again to finally win the whole thing - in a couple more years...
