I wouldnt... the reason being, if there are only 3 keepers a 2nd round pick is pretty valuable. Spezza is also the best player in this deal in my opinion.
In keeper leagues with a low # of keepers you have to ALWAYS get the best keeper. Unless you would definitely be keeping Stastny AND Jokinen - even so i think the 2nd round pick plus Spezza is a high price
