With those lineups, I'll take Backstrom for sure. I don;t know how many games Dubnyk plays out of those 3 and Reimer has tough divisional battles that could go either way.
I've put myself in a bit of a jam here - i have to start one of these 3 goalies, W, GAA and SV%
Reimer - Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary
Backstrom - Columbus, @NYI, @Ottawa, Edmonton, Detroit
Dubnyk - Pittsburgh, @Minnesota, Vancouver
I'm leaning towards Reimer - all three games at home, none of those teams have big scoring potential, especially if Iggy is out for calgary.
Thoughts?

I'd probably go backstrom also. Check if any are b2b but the chance to get 4 out of those 5 games is better than getting 2 out of 3 for reimer. Don't forget toronto's second line is out for the first week atleast so that's a big chunk of there scoring gone early on. Dubynk might play 1 game so I wouldn't choose him this early in the season,

Alright, thanks for the input guys - it's looking like backstrom will get the call
Backstrom for me as well. Those are games he can win.
Toronto is mess of injuries ad suspensions.
Dubnick against Malkin? The Sedins? No thanks.

Easy call for me, same as everyone else. Backstrom by far.
From the games that I've watched Reimer looks really rusty. I'd feel more comfortable going with a veteran right out of the gates. Dubnyk is playing against a handful of really strong offensive teams..definitely not the matchups I would want.
Goalies: If I'm pickin em you best be sittin em!
