Rask for Crawford
In my keeper pool after my draft I have Quick Ward Halak and Rask. The GM who is a huge Boston fan would love nothing more then to add Rask. He has offered me Crawford for Rask.
Its a max game roto where we count W GAA sv% and Shutouts. We play 164 goalie games and the only reason I drafted Rask was to improve on my teams gaa sv% and shutouts for the games he plays.
I see Ward 65 games
Halak 60 Games
Quick 55 Games
Rask 30 Games
= 210 games if no one gets hurt and people will play on the same night so the games will get knock down of course to. Adding Crwaford may make things worse for me cause I will have to pick and choose who to play even more.

I would do it.
This 4some gives you a better chance to select the goalie whos playing a weaker team = better odds.
Crawford 65 Games (He can give you better gaa sv% and shutouts )

Halak 60 Games
If all else fails, you can trade one of the goalies for a player you need.
Crawford will be CHI number 1 for awhile, with the defensive core signed long term = great to have as a keeper.
Quick - if Doughty really holds out, it might effect his stats but still solid.
Ward/Halak hot and cold crap shoot if you ask me.

You only keep one goalie in an 8 team league so you don't need to hold on to Rask. Trade him for Crawford because he'll have more value this season and you can get more in return for him than you would for Rask. Or even better yet, trade Rask to the Bruins guy for an upgrade on offense. Ward/Halak/Quick is more than enough to start the season with, and you can always pick somebody up off the wire if you need to since it's such a small league.
