Doughty+ for Getzlaf+

Sorry for the long post.
I've been shopping Doughty quite a bit lately.
I've had one offer that I'm tempted to really do.
My
Doughty, 2012 1st rounder (2nd - 4th overall) Due to a draft lottery, there's a chance it could be 1st overall
for his
Getzlaf, 2011 1st rounder (3rd overall)
I know the 2012 class should be better than this one. But I also have a later 2012 as well that should be 8th - 10th overall.
With the 3rd overall I have picks from this class of players:

Wow! Your D is already stacked and the Doughty holdout situation has to come into play sooner or later. That's a pretty solid offer. I wonder how long the other GM leaves it out there? The longer Doughty stays out (didn't everyone think it would be over by now?), the better that looks. You also get to scoop a top 3 prospect. I might be in the minority here, but I think I'd do it.

Take the deal ASAP. You're set at D even without DD and the upgrade to Getz is massive. Well worth the pick swap. As for a top 3-4 out of your list I'd have them like this:

Got rid of the top picks. I figured I could land 1st overall next year from the lottery so wanted that badly.
Finishing deal. I didn't have a first this year, so wanted to move up quite a bit in the 2nd round, so it now gives me three picks in the 2nd round to finish off my roster for this year.
