For your last d-man, I would take a guy who can hit the peripherals cats.
Someone who can add to hits, blocks, and PIM... +/- would be a bonus.
In this case, I'd probably take Ballard. It is a gamble, he could possibly get a fresh start this coming season in Vancouver or they could trade him. Either way, I think he'll get a chance to redeem himself
