It's also important to realize that LOOKING casual is not a bad thing ... but having a casual STATE OF MIND can lead to problems.

Halak always LOOKS casual, but his state of mind is often attentive. But because he looks casual a lot, he is a bit more prone to ACTING more casual at times. This rarely happens with Thomas. But those are two extremes. A lot of goalies will bounce between the two.
