Acquiring Brad Richards

I've been back an forth with the GM in my pool about getting Brad Richards off him, the latest offer being:

His Brad Richards 4th round pick
for
My Krejci, S. Mason and 3rd round pick

Some background tidbits:
- The Richards owner is in rebuild mode and is in desperate need for a starting goalie; he currently owns Neuvirth and Crawford.
- My goalies have been struggling for me lately, and Mason has been playing the best out of the 3, so I am hesitant to move him.
- With regards to keepers, Justin Goldman suggested I keep Pavelec and Mason. He feels Mason has too much talent to give up on him already.
- I'm currently in 6th place, on the tail end of a rebuild myself.

Is this an easy accept for me as it will greatly improve my offense?

I would definitely take that.

If I was in his position there's no way I'd make this trade for Steve Mason. Richards can command better goaltenders than that with a pick imo. Good stuff for you.
