I might hold off on this trade. With Nylander likely out for the rest of the season, I\'d want to wait to see how the lines in Washington shake out. Backstrom has come out of his shell recently and it\'ll be a tough pill for you to swallow if he clicks with Ovechkin.

A straight swap of Backstrom for Jagr might work for you down the stretch, but that 2nd round pick is a big one. In a 10 team league with only 4 keepers, those early picks are crucial.

No way would I do that trade. Jagr isn\'t the Jagr of old and he\'s nearing the end of his career. Backstrom has been awesome since Boudreau put him on the top line with Ovie and he\'ll only continue to get better. Why isn\'t he one of the guys you\'re going to protect? With 4 spots I\'d protect Luongo, Phanauf, Nash and Backstrom if I had your team (Semin instead of Nash is also a possibility).

I think I would keep the pick - don\'t think Jagr is really going to give you enough this year to make a big difference. It may well be a difference but the price of that pick is likely too much
