Tanguay vs Fleury

I am more thinking of this as an investment for the rest of the season. I have Tanguay, another owner is fed up with Fleury and proposed a possible deal involving the two. I already have my four keepers, and neither Fleury or Tanguay will be one of them, so I am mainly thinking of this as :
1) who will improve the most, and who could fetch the greatest deal at the deadline (picks, this is a keeper league)
2) who can help me the most until that deadline (late march)

It would be hard to give away my LW though, so i was thinking about inquiring about Dustin Brown, and trying to make the trade my Tanguay + Budaj for his Fleury + Brown. I am struggling with this, because on the one hand, i just traded Brodeur and I could use a goalie, but o the other hand Conklin has played so well, Fleury may have to wait for his opportunity again, and may not even take advantage. any input would be appreciated greatly.

Fleury\'s stock is so low right now that I hope you could get him for a lot less the Tanguay.
