This would certainly help your D but leaves you weak in the goaltending department. The Thrash are turning it on right now and I'd cash in on their performance.
However, that being said, selling him high is something you really need to think about. Gfunk has hit the nail on the head. Green seems quite fragile these days and I'm not sure about his health for the rest of the year. I'm currently trying to rid my team of him.

ya not good imo.
I would give up Pavelec, Lupul and Stastny for Green alone. In a one-year Roy isn't much of a downgrade on Roy, so it's basically Pavelec + Lupul for Green and a bit.
No brainer I'd do it.
