Any Perron Updates?

I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about David Perron coming back or if this concussion will keep him out for a while?

TSN updated on him today as Doubtful for Monday's game vs Col.
NHL Fanhouse, doesn't even have him on the injury list (usually a good source for injury)

Don't know what to think...!!!

doesnt sound like it is too soon at all. dont guys usually have to be symptom free for a week or 2 then start practicing? could realistically be 2 or 3 weeks at the soonest then? pure speculation on my part but thats what it seems...

I looked at him on the weekend because he is FA in a 1 year league with only 1 IR slot and I arrived at the thinking that this guy was a ways off yet from returning - but I don't remember the specifics of what I read, at the moment.

Is Perron still alive? Abducted by aliens? I haven't heard boo about him recently. It's like he vanished off the face of the planet. Thornton can't possibly hit that hard.

Last I heard he still hadn't passed his tests and hasn't resumed skating with the team.

ESPN had this funny update;

Perron, who missed his 12th straight game because of a concussion, reported some progress, though he's still not on the ice, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Spin:
As silly as this may sound, "progress" is being defined as the ability to play video games without dizziness. Perron had been unable to perform that activity in the past 23 days following his collision with San Jose's Joe Thornton.
