Ottawa never learns. Like Dobber said in the ramblings Leclaire is Ottawa's golden boy who they're going to give every chance - and then some - to only see him fail time after time.
Disagree, he's hardly their golden boy. They're just going with whoever will string them some wins. Elliott did that, but then he went on a losing streak, so you gotta change it up.
Neither goalie is good enough to be a clear cut #1, and neither goalie will be the reason why games are won or lost. They go as the team in front of them goes. Leclaire hasn't lost any games this season, the team has lost his starts.
It's hard to sit a guy who just beat one of the best teams in the league.
I'd just like to add, a golden boy is somebody who you go with because you have them signed to a long-term deal and you need to start them to justify their contract and give them confidence. That's not Leclaire.

But that start is conditional. Leclaire has to survive the walk into the arena. You can never be too careful with this guy.

He also has to survive the pregame deuce. Now I know he's known for shitting the bed, but I can definitely picture this guy collapsing a lung trying to grunt one out or pulling a hammy trying to wipe his own ass.
Thank god this is the last year of his contract.
I can't take this injury crap any longer.
Even if he wasn't hurt in practice this morning, it's only a matter of minutes before he does get hurt again.
...if I might add, we are currently dating, and she is quite a handful in the bedroom...
