    Default 5 D-men, pick 2

    Going forward in a keeper...
Team coming out of a rebuild and starting to get competitive...
G, A, P, +/-, PIM, PPG, PPA, PPP, SHP, GWG, SOG, FW
Talk of HITS and BLOCKED SHOTS stats being added...
No prospect roster, so they'll be on my active roster...

    Chris Campoli (OTT - D)
    Andrej Sekera (BUF - D)
    Matt Taormina (NJ - D)
    Matt Carle (PHI - D)
    Anssi Salmela (NJ - D)

Which 2 of those 5 would you roll with at this point?

Editted to give you a bit more info...

    14 team league, start 6 D-men...
These guys will be my 6th and 7th D-men going with:
    Ryan Whitney (EDM - D)
    Keith Yandle (PHX - D)
    Jordan Leopold (BUF - D)
    Carlo Colaiacovo (STL - D)
    Tom Gilbert (EDM - D)

I'm not going to win this year, but I'm fighting to become a playoff team. So not vital who is better this season. Say next 2 years are most important.

    Thx

No opinions on this one? Did I ask incorrectly?

With what he showed last year I will say Carle has got to be on that list. Taormina is my second pick. Had a great start to the year and I have really liked him (despite a recent lack of production - but hey what Devil has been playing good?).
Out of those 5 Carle and Tao....both a tad risky but but on that list I say go with the guys who got a shot (although a small shot) at making a real impact on your pool.
    Cheers

We all seem to concur. But I'm also going with Carle and Taormina not only for what they have shown offensivly but because I'm not going with Campoli, Sekera and Samela. Karlsson, Weircloth and Rundblad keeps Campoli as a 5th-6th defender; Buffalo's defensive pipeline remains stacked also (TJ Brennan, N Crawford, B McNabb, M Pysyk, D Schiestel, A Biega). Competition remains tough. Salmela will be an NHLer, but offensive upside is limited in my opinion.
    ZFHL Stanley Cup Champ 2014

    P Sharp - N Backstrom - P Marleau
    D Perron - A Tanguay - M Hossa
    J Williams - C Soderberg - J Abdelkader
    K Clifford - B Pirri - R Clune

    D Keith - J Schultz
    B Dillon - S Salo
    V Bartley - R Ellis

    C Price

    C Adams, M Latta, K Ramo

    Farm: Nylander, Goldobin, Anton Karlsson, S Griffith, M Hrivlik, J Marchessault, S Wilson, T Blugers, B Hart, K, Agostino, S Elliott, C Ruhwedel, J Klingberg, A Sergeev, H Tommernes, S Brittain, ...

30 team salary cap with 30 NHL roster & 30 prospects plus unsigned prospects = ZFHL also (DTDL and Scfhl2)
