The first offer is a joke, I hope you've already turned that down. I wouldn't do the second trade either, as Alfy is a little more brittle than Richards. Richards is also in a contract year so that should keep his motivation up all year long. Keep your players.

wow offer one is a real offer? does your league offer 10times the amount for scoring defense. smyth and horcoff are almost laughable and then the defense just there defensman. and then he asks for all guys who are over a ppg capable. wow im sorry dont ever deal with that gm.
as for trade #2 i would pass. without positinal requirements richards wins hands down. didnt even look at the scoring stats of your league but in any format richards wins out.

an easy reject on both of them .... and yes that first offer is ridiculous. I dont think I would accept it even if you took out Parise.
