Double trade advice

Ok so one guy in our inaugural keeper draft (league in sig) had to auto pick and got shafted in goal. He has then offered me Weiss for my Ellis. I like this trade. FW are a weak cat for me.

However I'm worried about only rolling Rinne and Varly. So was thinking of trying for Neuvirth. This is the team with him

C - Crosby, Roy, Oshie
LW - Burrows, Raymond, Huselius
RW - Gaborik, Horton, Giroux
D - Weber, Rafalski, McCabe, Giordano
G - Howard, Anderson, Elliot, Neuvirth
B - Malone, Lombardi, Regin, Hedman, Pietrangelo, Brouwer

I have already offered Wilson and been knocked back.

So i have questions
1. Do you like Weiss for Ellis?
2. Do i need another goalie if i move Ellis?
3. Who would you target potentially or is Neuvirth a good choice?
4. Any good suggested deals for Neuvirth?

NOTE: The notable goalies on FA are Khabi, Boucher, Raycroft, Conklin, Pavalec, Markstrom, Lehner, Crawford among others

i think ur fine right now with those 3 goalies, i would just pick up one of lehner, markstrom or pavalec off waivers

I know the 3 i have are fine, however Wiess really helps me in FW which is a category im quite weak in. He will also put up 60 odd points.

So i was thinking if i could trade for Weiss and then somehow replace most of the goalie stats lost with Ellis i would come out much stronger.
