If you want to compete next year, I believe your best and safest options are
Zidlicky and Timonen.

Giordano ( really leaning towards picking him)

Stralman
Greene
Bieksa (sleeper)

All very close
I am going:
Greene
Zidlicky (gets hurt or else I'd have him higher)
Gio
Timonen (depth in philly decreases his value)
McCabe
Bieksa
Robidas
Stralman (hes either a stud on this list or a the lowest - risk reward)
Another vote for Greene. NJ has no one else back there and he should see all the PP time back there.

Thanks guuys, I really do like Bieksa as a sleeper. However based on these stats in hockey pool geek, Giordano was actually the best of the bunch last year! And IMO he is still improving. God but yeah Greene could be a stud on the back end in NJ. I think I will take one of those 3...hmmm
very close I agree that Bieksa could be huge in a place like WSH but also like Giordano
God bless us,everyone of us!
Given the recently announced news of the Canucks signing Torres, I'd have to move Bieksa near the top of the list.
Greene
Giordano/Bieksa
Bieksa/Giordano

I'd take the chance on Bieksa, he might make the difference to put you over the top.

Timonen will get around 40-45 pts this year again and it's the best Dman in your list in my opinion.
Zidliky could be a good choice also but he may battle for the QB spot with Barker and Burns.
I also like McCabe for this year... I'll give you around 40 pts + around 70-75 PIM
I don't see any of these guys with 50pt potential... so I'd take the safe pick: Zidlicky.
Not a sexy name and his +/- should be a bit better this season as I'd expect Backstrom to bounce back. Either Barker or Cullen on the other PP point should help the MIN PP.
