Hey lanky, whereabouts are you in MD?
I just moved down here a few weeks ago on a work contract.
Near Ashburn, Northern Virginia.
If my contract gets renewed, I'll definitely try to take in a game or 2.
Ah nice... yeah i'm out east of the city towards the chesapeake bay.
I mean i follow the caps... and i'm a big fan of theirs... but I've never gotten the whole "follow one sports team in so much depth it's kind of scary" sort of deal that some people in the world have...
If the caps were looking for someone who could blog about the NHL and whats going on around the league, from trades, teams, management, etc... I'd love to do that... but talking about the Capitals 24-7 is kinda boring tbh... Besides... I don't really care what Laich had for breakfast or what cream Fehr uses for his jock itch you know hahaha?
At my old job this coworker had "Redskins talk radio" on every day (even in the summer) and it's just sickening when people are so into a team that they discuss every single thing... almost borders on sports paparazzi you know?
