Mine did that.. played DVD's but wouldn't read BluRay discs.. Sent off by Fshop to Mississauga for a week to get repaired.

hmmm, mine is bizarre, it will play BluRay movies perfectly, and it will install the games correctly, and occasionally it will even get to the load screen of the game (sometimes it hangs before that) but it never actually loads to the point where you can play, I guess I'll create a thread about it in case anyone else has had the same issue
