The Rangers lost another player to a cut by a skate Friday. Defenseman Michael Del Zotto collided with Penguins center Evgeni Malkin near the boards and fell on Malkin's skate with the side of his abdomen. He sustained what team officials termed "a significant laceration" and will not return.

hope its not serious. Guess the Olympic break will be nice for him.
Good timing for the Olympic break in his case. Sounds like a bad area for any kind of cut, with the amount of body twisting happening in that area of the body.
