The drawback is that this will really hurt your FW. Neither Frolik nor Flash take faceoffs, so can you afford it? In terms of scoring, it's a no-brainer in their favour...
Your RW is strong, though - can you afford to give up O'Sully as a LW? Is Flash a LW/RW in your league?
To me, value-wise it's a pretty good deal, but how it fits with the context of your team is another thing entirely. Your C seems deep enough to get away without O'Reilly's FW, though.
